My Fall 2007 Reading List

I've been reading quite a bit for summer but I am aggressively stepping up my reading list before the holiday season starts. Let's see if I'm actually going to get through all these. You can keep track of what I've already read by looking at the items listed under the “My Consumption” section on the right. I will be reading these books in order so try to keep up:

1. Crooked Little Vein: A Novel by Warren Ellis (already finished)
2. The Intruders by Michael Marshall (just finished)
3. Talk Talk by T. C. Boyle (reading now)
4. Happiness: Lessons from a New Science by Richard Layard
5. Special Topics in Calamity Physics by Marisha Pessl
6. The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America by Erik Larson
7. Queen of Babble by Meg Cabot

After I read all these, hopefully before Thanksgiving, I want to start Stephen King's Dark Tower series. I've had these books for a while but I never read them. I just need to get the last three books so I have the complete seven series. Let's see if I can get through those before Valentine's Day. I'll keep you posted on my progress and wish me luck!
