I am soooo busy at work these past two months that I haven't had much of a life lately. I'm hoping that I'll get some break in October before we ramp up for year-end activities (again). I haven't had much chance to blog because there's not much going on anyway - I have no idea what's going on in the world (has Bush been impeached yet?).
I'm behind on my reading list because I work until about 2AM, take a nap and start all over again at 7AM. Weekends have been pretty wrapped up with family, house chores and naps. I might need to revise my reading list but I'll make that call when I go on vacation.
I was planning on going for an 11-day driving tour of Oregon before the rainy season started but I've been advised by my doctor to actually take it easy for a while. I hate it when nuances like that get in the way of fun. Just like how work's been getting in the way of my reading and TV watching.
Okay - I've recorded a bunch of new shows this week on DVR so I have to make sure I have time to watch them this weekend. But, of course, I had to watch "Heroes" live so you can annoy me with questions about what I thought about the Season 2 Opener as much as you want. Aside from that, you'll have to wait until Monday to see if I've actually caught up with the rest of you TV-addicts.
I'm hoping to resurface after October 5th unless something else comes up at work. In the meantime, I've been hanging out with these two critters hanging around my cubicle. Watch out for them.
